Materials
- Cooked Rice – 2 cup
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green Chilli – 2 to 3
- Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves
- Finely Chopped Onion – 1 pcs
- Grated Carrot – 1/4 cup
- Chopped Capsicum
- Bottle Gourd – 1/4 to 1/2 cup
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tbsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder -1 tbsp.
- Gram Flour – 1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour – 5 to 6 tbsp
- Curd – 4 tsp
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Salt as per Taste
- Carom Seeds/Ajwain – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Chilli Flakes
- White Sesame
- Mustard Seeds Rai – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Jira – 1/2 tsp
- White Sesame – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves (Kadhipatta)
- Asafoetida
- Chilli Flakes Green Chilli – 4 to 5
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- To make the amazing Instant Leftover Rice Breakfast, take 2 cups of cooked leftover rice.
- Now take a grinding jar, add 1 inch of ginger, 2-3 green chilies, and 5–6 garlic cloves, and make a coarse paste.
- Now add cooked rice and blend on pulse.
- Now transfer the prepared mix into a bowl.
- Now add one chopped onion, 1/4 cup of chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, and 1/2 cup of grated bottle gourd.
- Now add 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, and 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Now add 1/2 cup of gram flour, 5–6 tbsp of wheat flour, 4 tbsp of curd, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of carom seeds, and 1 tbsp of oil, and mix everything well.
- Now transfer the mix to a greased plate and spread well.
- Now place a kadhai on the flame, add water, and boil.
- Now place the stand into the kadhai and place the greased plate on the stand.
- Now close the lid and cook for 10–12 minutes.
- After 10–12 minutes, check the rice breakfast and transfer it to a plate.
- Now cut the rice breakfast into small pieces.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add one tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, chili flakes, and two green chilies and sauté well.
- Now add the rice breakfast pieces and salt as per taste, and mix everything well.
- Now turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander.
