पहली बार में ही बनाये बिना फ्राई सबसे सुपरसॉफ्ट दही भल्ले जो आजतक नहीं खायेहोंगे Instant Dahi Bhalla

For Batter
Sooji – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Finely Chopped Green chilli -1
Finely Chopped Ginger -1 inch
Salt as per taste
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp

For Bhalla soaking
Water – 2 cups
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp

For Dahi Bhalla Masala
Cumin Seeds – 4 tbsp
Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Black Salt – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp

For presenting
Curd – 500 gms
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Hara dhaniya chutney
Imli ki khatti mitti chutney

Step 1:
Lets prepare dahi bhalla batter.
Take a bowl add sooji,Curd,Finely Chopped Green chilli,Finely Chopped Ginger and mix well.
Close lid and let it rest for 15-20 mins.
Check after 15mins.
Check consistency add water if required.
Add salt,Baking Soda and mix well.
Add oil in appe pan and grease well.
Add 2 tbsp batter into cavaties
Close lid and cook on low-medium flame for 3-4 mins.
In Between lets do prepartion for soaking bhalla
Take a large bowl add water,Salt,Asafoetida.
Mix well and keep aside.
Check appe stand bhalla after 2-3 mins.
Flip it and Cook on the other side for 2-3 mins.
After 2-3 mins Transfer onto a plate.
Add into prepared water and soak for 15 mins.

Alternative use take pan in place of appe pan.
Take a tadka pan add oil and grease.
Add 2-3 tbsp batter.
Close lid and let it cook for 1-2 mins.
Flip and cook on other side for 1-2 mins.
After 2 mins transfer on plate and add into prepared water.

Step 2:
Lets Prepare Dahi bhalla masala.
Take a pan,add cumin seeds,roast on low flame.
Add Carom Seeds and roast.
Add Pepper powder,Black Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Chaat Masala,Asafoetida,Coriander Powder mix well and roast on low flame.
Turn off flame when aromatic and let it cool.
Transfer onto a platform,Crush with a roller pin and prepare coarse powder.
Transfer into a air tight container and store for 1 month.

Step 3:
Lets prepare for curd for presentation
Take a bowl,strainer, add curd and remove excess water.
Strain to get thick curd.

Step 4:
Check Bhalla and Gently press and remove excess water.
Transfer into a plate.

Now take a plate/bowl/dhoona.
Place prepared dahi bhalla.
Add curd on top.
Granish with Hara dhaniya chutney,Imli ki khatti mitti chutney and prepared dahi bhalla masala.

Dahi Bhalla is ready to serve..Enjoy!!!
