- Rice flour – 4 tbsp
- Milk Powder – 2 tbsp
- Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- To make the amazing Instant Coconut Malai Cake, place a pan on flame, add 2 cups of milk, and boil it.
- Take a bowl, add four tablespoons of rice flour, two tablespoons of rice powder, 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut, and 1/2 cup of milk, and mix well.
- After boiling the milk, add the prepared mix on a low flame and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well.
- After the milk cream turns thick, turn off the flame, add 4-5 drops of Kevda essence, and mix well.
- Now take four packets of Britannia cake.
- Now take a cake tin and apply the prepared cream to the surface.
