चाट व दही वड़े में 100% ठेले कि तरह टेस्ट लाने वाली इमली की खट्टी मीठी चटनी आसान तरीका Imli Ki Chatni

Tamarind/Imli – 100 grams
Hot Water – 2 cups
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Jaggery – 100 gms
Salt -1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Saut/Dry Ginger Powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder -1 tsp
Sugar – 4 tbsp

  • To make Khatti Mitti Imlio chutney take bowl.
  • Add Tamarind,hot water.
  • Close lid and soak for 30 mins.
  • After 30 mins add into a mixer jar and make fine paste.
  • Take a bowl and strainer and strainer the prepared pulp to remove skin or fibre.
  • Add 2 tbsp water if reqired and strain the mix.
  • Take a kadhai add oil.
  • Add Cumin seeds,Asafoetida,Add prepared tamarind pulp.
  • Add Jaggery and mix well to melt.
  • Add Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Saut/Dry Ginger Powder,Black Salt,pepper Powder,Roasted Cumin Powder,Sugar and mix well.
  • Mix well and boil until consistency.
  • Dip a spoon or spatula if it has a coating on it consistency is perfect.
  • Transfer into a jar and store for 1 month.
  • Imli Ki khatti Mitthi Chutney is ready.!!
