  • Green Chilli – 7 to 8
  • Garlic 
  • Peanut – 5 tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander 
  • Oil तेल – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida – 2 pinch
  • Chopped Onion – 1
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per Taste 
  • Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander

Materials

  • Lady Finger – 500 gm
  • Green Chilli – 7 to 8
  • Garlic Peanut – 5 tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander 
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida – 2 pinch
  • Chopped Onion – 1
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per Taste 
  • Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander 

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Bhindi Cha Thecha, take 1/2 cup of Bhindi, and wash & wipe well.
  • Next step – cut both ends and cut the Bhindi into small pieces like the following image.
  • Next step – place a tawa on flame and heat on medium flame.
  • Next step – add 7-8 green chilies, 17-18 garlic cloves and roast well.
  • After roasting well, transfer the chilies and garlic to a plate.
  • Next step – add 5 tbsp of peanuts, and roast well on low flame.
  • After the peanuts turn golden, turn off the flame and transfer the peanuts to a plate.
  • Next step – remove the skin of the peanuts.
  • Next step – take a crushed, add roasted chilies & garlic, peanuts, and coriander, and crush everything well.
  • Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
  • After the oil turns hot, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, and one pinch of asafoetida, and let it crackle.
  • Next step – add one chopped onion, and roast well on medium to high flame.
  • After the onion turns pink, add chopped Bhindi and cook well.
  • Next step – add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, salt per taste, and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, and mix well.
  • After 3 minutes, add 1 tsp of lemon juice, and mix well.
  • Next step – add prepared Thecha mixture, mix well, and cook on low flame.
  • Next step – divide the Bhindi Thecha into two portions and mash one portion with the help of a potato Masher.
  • Next step – add chopped coriander, mix everything well, and turn off the flame.
  • Now your perfect Bhindi Cha Thecha is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
