बजट में आये मिनटो में बन जाये बिना दूध मावा सूजी की ऐसी टेस्टी बर्फी 2 महीने तक खाये Suji Rava Barfi
INGREDIENTS
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Sooji/Semolina – 1 cup
Desiccated Coconut – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Kesar Food Color – 2 pinch
Milk Powder – 2 tbsp
Dry Fruits for garnish
- To make Sooji Kurkuri Burfi.
- Take a kadhai on medium flame add ghee and melt.
- Add Sooji/Semolina Roast until golden and aromatic,Stir continuously.
- After golden add Desiccated Coconut,On low flame roast it.
- Turn off flame and stir for sometime and keep aside.
- Lets prepare sugar syrup
- Take a pan.
- Add Sugar,Water and dissolve sugar.
- Add Kesar Food Color and mix well.
- Prepare sticky sugar syrup.
- Add Cardamom Powder,Orange Food colour and mix well.
- Turn off flame and keep syrup aside.
- On low flame add sugar syrup and mix well and Cook until leaves pan.
- Add Milk Powder and Mix well on low flame.
- Take a tray or plate and grease well with oil/ghee.
- Turn off flame while it leaves pan.
- Transfer mix onto tray and spread.
- Garnish with Dry Fruits and press gently.
- Let it set for 5 mins to cut.
- After 5 mins cut it into pieces.
- Let it set completely.
- After 1 hour it will set completely.
- Sooji Kurkuri Burfi is ready..ENJOY!!
