Materials
- Milk – 2.5 cups
- Soaked Dry Dates – 10
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 2 pinch
- Almonds – 10-15
- Cashew – 10-15
- Pistachio – 10
Instructions
- To make the Super Healthy & tasty Milk, place a pan on flame, add 2-3 tbsp of water, 2.5 cups of Milk, and boil on low to medium flame.
- Next step – take 10 soaked dry dated(soaked in hot milk for 60 minutes), and remove the seeds.
- Next step – add soaked dry dated & little Milk into a grinding jar, and make a coarse paste (If you want, you can store this paste for 10 days).
- After the Milk boils, add one cinnamon stick, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and two pinches of turmeric powder and mix well.
- Next step – take a grinding jar, add 10-15 almonds, 10-15 cashew, & 10 pistachios and make a coarse powder.
- After two boils, add 2 tbsp of dry-date paste, & dry fruit powder mix well and boil until it turns a little thick.
- After 5-7 minutes, turn off the flame, and remove the cinnamon stick.
- Now your Perfect Healthy Milk is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
