Hari Mirch Ka Achar Recipe | Green Chilli Picke Recipe | Green Chilli Pickle with Mustard
Materials
- Green chilli – 250 grams
- Fennel seeds – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 2 tsp
- Mustard oil – 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Nigella seeds – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1.5 tsp
- White vinegar – 5 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Hari Mirch Ka Achar, take 250 grams of Dark Green Chilli.
- Next step – rinse & wash green chilli 2 to 3 times and dry the water.
- Next step – remove the stem from the all-green chillies.
- Next step – cut the all green chillies into two pieces like the following image.
- Next step – place a pan on low flame, add 2 tbsp of fennel seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds, and two tsp of mustard seeds, and roast a little on low flame.
- After the Masala turns aromatic, turn off the flame, and stir continuously until Masala cools.
- Next step – add roasted Masala into a grinding jar, and make a coarse powder.
- Next step – place a pan on medium flame, add 1/2 cup of mustard oil, and heat well.
- When the smoke started coming from the oil, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Next step – take chopped green chillies, add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of nigella seeds, 1/2 tsp of asafoetida, 1.5 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Next step – add prepared roasted Masala, 5 tbsp of white vinegar, and mustard oil and mix everything well.
- Next step – take a glass jar, wash and clean it with the help of a cloth.
- Next step – take charcoal and burn it on a low flame.
- Next step – place burned charcoal on a plate and sprinkle asafoetida on the charcoal.
- Next step – place the glass jar above the smoke Charcoal for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, store your Hari Mirch Ka Achar in the glass Jar.
- Now, your Perfect Hari Mirch Ka Achar is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
