Materials

  • Paneer – 400 gm
  • Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
  • Milk Powder – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • To make the amazing Gud Kalakand, take 400 grams of cheese and grate it with the help of a grater.
  • Add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut and 1/2 cup of milk powder, and mix everything well.
  • Now place a kadhai on flame, add one tablespoon of ghee, and heat well.
  • After the ghee melts, add the grated jaggery and melt it on medium flame.
  • After the jaggery melts, add the panner mixture, mix well, and cook until it leaves the pan.
  • After the kalakand leaves, the pan turns off the flame and transfers it to the greased plate.
  • Now spread the kalakand into the plate and garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachios.
  • Now keep it aside and let it set for some time.
  • Now your perfect Gud Kalakand Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
