Materials
- Thick Green Chillies – 100 Grams
- Thin Green Chillies – 100 Grams
- Chopped ginger – 2 inch
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Vinegar – 100 ml
- Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the Perfect Market Style Green Chilli Sauce, take 100 Grams of Thick green chilli, 100 grams of thin green chilli, and roughly chop them.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add one pinch of asafoetida, chopped green chilli(Both types), chopped ginger.
- Now roast well for 2-3 minutes on low to medium flame.
- Now add salt as per taste, and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 glass of water, close the lid and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- After 10-12 minutes, remove the lid, turn off the flame and let the mix cool.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add cooled mix, and 100 ML of vinegar(as required).
- Now grind well and make a fine paste.
- Now your Perfect market-style Green chilli sauce is completely ready.
- You can store this green chilli sauce in an air-tight box for almost six months.

Green Chilli Sauce Recipe – Step By Step
1 – To make the Perfect Market Style Green Chilli Sauce, take 100 Grams of Thick green chilli, 100 grams of thin green chilli, and roughly chop them.
2 – Now place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
