Materials
- Cauliflower – 500 to 600 gm
- Salt as per Taste
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli – 2
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Nigella Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Water – 1.5 cup
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chili Flakes
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the perfect Gobhi ka Nasta, take a pan on flame, add one teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and boil.
- Next step: add the cauliflower to the boiling water and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, turn off the flame and gently break the cauliflower into small pieces.
- Next step: add the Gobhi pieces into the grinding jar, two green chilies, one inch of ginger, and 6-7 garlic cloves, and make a fine paste.
- Next step: place a pan on flame, add one tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
- Next step: add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, one tsp of Nigella seeds, one tsp of cumin seeds, and 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, and roast a little.
- Next step: add the prepared paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add 1.5 cups of water, mix well, and boil.
- Next step: take a bowl, add 1 cup of rice flour and 1 cup of wheat flour, and mix well.
