Garlic Bread – No Yeast No Oven

ना चीज़ न यीस्ट न ओवन 15मिनट में आटे से गार्लिक ब्रेड कड़ाही में जाएगी बन No Yeast Garlic Bread Recipe

Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
Sour Curd – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup

For sauce
Butter – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 drops
All Purpose Flour – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste

For Garlic Butter
Butter – 3 tbsp
Grated Garlic – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander

  • To make Garlic Bread No Yeast No Oven.
  • Take mixing bowl.
  • Add Wheat Flour,Salt,Sugar,Baking Powder,Baking Soda,Mixed Herbs,Sour Curd,Oil and Mix well.
  • Add Milk in batches and prepare soft dough.
  • Knead for 10 mins.
  • Add 1/2 tsp oil coat on all sides.
  • Close lid and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Lets prepare Sauce to replace cheese.
  • Take a pan.
  • Add Butter,Oil and heat.
  • Add All Purpose Flour and Roast for 2 mins.
  • Add Milk and mix well.
  • Add Salt, Mix well and cook until thick.
  • Turn off flame when it thick and creamy and let it cool.
  • Let prepare Garlic Butter.
  • Take Butter.
  • Add Grated Garlic,Red Chilli Flakes,Finely Chopped Coriander
  • Take a kadahi add 1.5 cup salt.
  • Close lid and pre heat kadahi for 10 min.
  • Take any heavy plate/Aluminium Plate.
  • Grease with butter on all sides.
  • Check atta and knead again.
  • Tuck inside and make soft ball.
  • Dust some flour on platform and dough.
  • Apply Garlic butter,Leaving edges.
  • Spread prepared White Sauce.
  • Sprinkle Red Chilli Flakes and Herbs.
  • Sprinkle Finely Chopped Coriander.
  • Place Cheese Slice (optional).
  • Add corn/Capsicum (optional).
  • Apply water on edges.
  • Fold and seal edges.
  • Place it on the greased plate.
  • Apply Garlic Butter on top.
  • With help of knife make sections,Do not cut deep.
  • Sprinkle Red Chilli Flakes and Oregano.
  • Check kadahi and place a stand.
  • Place Garlic Bread on the stand.
  • Close lid and bake for 15-20 mins on medium flame.
  • Check in between after 10-12 mins.
  • Bake in oven at 200 pre heated oven for 15 mins.
  • Check after 15 mins.
  • Take out and transfer onto platform.
  • Apply Butter if required.
  • Garlic Bread is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
