Materials
- Fox Nuts/Phool Makhana – 25 gm
- Musk Melon Seeds – 1/2 cup
- Almonds – 1/4 cup
- Cashew nut – 1/4 cup
- Dates – 1/2 cup
- Clarified Butter – 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Desiccated Coconut – 2 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Mishri – 1 cup
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Pistachio – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the amazing Dry Fruits Ladoo, take a grinding jar, add foxnut, 1/2 cup of musk melon seeds, 1/4 cup of cashew, and make a coarse powder.
- Now, add 1/2 cup of dates into the grinding jar and make a fine paste.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add 2 tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.
- Now add the prepared powder and roast well.
- After two minutes, add 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder and two cups of desiccated coconut, and roast for 2 minutes.
- Now add the prepared Kajoor paste and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.
- After 30 seconds, turn off the flame and transfer the Ladoo mix into a bowl.
- Now place the kadhai on the flame, add 1 cup of Mishri and 3/4 cup of water, and cook until it turns sticky.
- After the syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame.
- Now add the syrup to the Ladoo mixture and mix well.
- Now add chopped pistachios and mix everything well.
- Now prepare a small Ladoo’s with the Ladoo mixture.
- Now your perfect dry fruits Ladoo’s are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
