For Stuffing 

  • Chana Dal – 1/2 cup 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp 
  • Chopped green chillies – 2-3 
  • Finely chopped coriander 
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp 
  • Boiled and mashed peas – 3-4 tbsp 
  • Paneer – 1 cup

For Aloo Tikki 

  • Boiled & cooled Potato – 8-10 
  • arrowroot powder – 6 tbsp 
  • Rice flour – 2 tbsp 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Finely chopped coriander
  • Oil – 1 tbsp 
  • Oil for frying 

For Searving 

  • Curd 
  • Green chutney 
  • Meethi chutney 
  • Red chilli powder 
  • Finely chopped onion 
  • Finely chopped coriander

Materials

  • Chana Dal – 1/2 cup 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp 
  • Chopped green chillies – 2-3 
  • Finely chopped coriander 
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp

For Aloo Tikki 

  • Boiled & cooled Potato – 8-10 
  • Arrowroot powder – 6 tbsp
  • Rice flour – 2 tbsp 
  • Rice flour – 2 tbsp

  • Finely chopped coriander
  • Oil – 1 tbsp 
  • Oil for frying

For Searving 

  • Curd 
  • Green chutney 
  • Meethi chutney 
  • Red chilli powder 
  • Finely chopped onion

Instructions

  • To make Perfect and crispy Stuffed Aloo Tikki, first take 1/2 cup of chana dal and soak it into the water for 1/2 hour.
  • After 1/2 hour, drain the excess water and add soaked dal into a cooker.
  • Now, place the cooker on flame, add water(Pour enough water that the lentils get submerged), and salt as per taste.
  • Now close the lid, and cook on medium flame until two whistles.
  • After two whistles, turn off the flame, drain the excess water, and transfer the Dal to a Bowl.
  • Now crush the Dal in your hands.
  • Now into dal, add 1 tbsp of chopped ginger, 2-3 chopped green chilies, finely chopped coriander.
  • 8 – Now add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 3-4 tbsp of boiled and mashed peas, 1 cup of Paneer, and mix everything well, and your stuffing is ready.
  • Now take 8-10 boiled Potato and make sure potatoes are dry and cold.
  • Now grate all the potatoes with the help of a grater.
  • Now add 6 tbsp arrowroot powder, 2 tbsp of rice flour, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, salt as per taste, finely chopped coriander, 1 tbsp of oil.
  • Now mix everything well and prepare a dough.
  • Now, take a small portion of aloo Tikki mix and flatten it with your palm and add 1 tbsp of stuffing on i
  • Now, close it from all sides and prepare a Tikki.
  • Now prepare Aloo Tikki from the remaining Mix and stuffing.
  • Now, place a deep pan on flame and oil for shallow fry and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, one by one, add prepared aloo Tikki to the pan and fry well on low, medium flame.
  • After Tikki turns a little golden, flip them and fry on both sides until they turn golden and crispy.
  • After aloo, Tikki turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
  • To serve the Aloo tikki take a Dona/Bowl and add a aloo tikki to it.
  • Now add curd, green chutney, Mithi chutney, sprinkle red chilli powder, salt, finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander.
