Materials
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilli – 2 to 3
- Boiled potatoes – 4 to 5
- Crush Potatoes
- Red Chilli – 2
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Water – 1.5 Cup
- Warm Water
- Salt as per taste
- Curd – 1.5 cups
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the amazing Dahi Wale Aloo, place a kadhai on flame, add two tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
- Now add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of asafoetida, and curry leaves and sauté a little.
- Now add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 2-3 chopped green chillies, and roast well.
- Now add 4-5 boiled and crushed potatoes, and two dry red chilies, and roast for a minute.
- Now add one teaspoon of red chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and mix well.
- After roasting well, add one teaspoon of coriander powder and mix well.
- Now add 1 cup of warm water, and salt as per taste, and boil well.
- After 2-3 minutes, turn off the flame and stir for a few seconds.
- Now add 1/2 cup of fresh curd and mix well.
- Now turn on the flame and boil.
- After a boil, turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander.
- Now your perfect Dahi Wale Aloo is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
