- Desiccated Coconut – 5 tbsp

- Place a pan on medium flame and pour in 2 cups of milk. Add a few saffron strands and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, then bring the milk to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, take 1/2 cup of milk and add 5 tablespoons of custard powder along with 5 tablespoons of condensed milk. Mix well until there are no lumps and the mixture is smooth.
- Once the milk in the pan starts boiling, gradually pour in the custard mixture, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
- Cook the mixture on low flame, stirring constantly, until it thickens to a smooth and creamy consistency. Once thickened, turn off the flame.
