- Milk Cream – 1 cup 250 ml
- Milk Powder – 3 tsp
- Sugar – 5 tbsp
- Vanilla Essence
- Oreo Biscuits/Any Biscuits – 5 to 6 pcs
- Dark Chocolate
- Hot Water
- Choco Chips
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add 1 cup of milk cream to it.
- Place the bowl over a bed of ice and whip the cream using a whisk or electric beater.
- Add 2–3 tablespoons of milk powder and 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Add a few drops of vanilla essence and mix well.
- Crush some Oreo biscuits and fold them into the cream mixture.
- Keep the prepared ice cream mixture in the fridge to chill.
- Add 2 tablespoons of crushed dark chocolate into a piping bag.
- Dip the piping bag in hot water to melt the chocolate.
- Once the chocolate melts, spread it inside the bottom of each cone to coat.
- Transfer the chilled ice cream mixture into another piping bag and fill the chocolate-coated cones.
- Garnish the top with chocolate syrup or more crushed Oreos.
- Cover each cone with aluminum foil and freeze for 7–8 hours.
