5 min बाजार जैसे चोको चिप्स घर में बनाये इस आसान ट्रिक से – Homemade Choco Chips – Chocolate Chips

Dark compound chocolate – 150 gms
Water for double boiling

  • To make choco chips take a pan and heat 1 glass of water on high flame.
  • Keep a bowl and add Dark compound chocolate and melt.
  • As chocolate melts 50% turn off flame and stir and melt until silky.
  • After it melts let it cool.
  • Spread a foil/butter paper on a plate.
  • Take a glass and milk packet,pipping bag or plastic.
  • Pour chocolate into milk packet/plastic.
  • Claose all sides with a rubber band and cut one edge and make a small hole.
  • Drop chocolate on butter papper/silver foil like small droplets.
  • Let it set for 15 mins it fridge.
  • After 15 mins take out of fridge and remove chocochips.
  • Pour into bowl or air tight container and store.
  • Chocopis are ready.
  • Use it in any ice cream,cake,muffins etc.
