Materials
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour/Maida
- 1/2 cup Sugar Powder
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 10 slices Bread
- Peanut Butter/Chocolate Spread
- Castor Sugar
Instructions
- To make Super Yummy bread donut first of all take Big bowl.
- Now in the bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of sugar powder, 2 tbsp of milk powder, 1 tsp of baking powder, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 cup of milk in Batches and prepare a semi-thick Batter.
- Now cover it and keep it aside.
- Now take 10 Slices of Bread.
- Now take 2 Bread and roll them and make flatten.
- Now Brush little milk on both pieces of bread.
- Now take 1 tbsp of peanut butter and put it on mid of the bread.
- Now put second bread on it.
- Now cut both pieces of bread with help of a glass and press on the edges gently.
- Now follow the same step and make a donut from all bread.
- Now put a pan on gas and oil for deep frying and heat on medium flame.
- Now take bread donut sandwich and dip it into batter and coat on all sides.
- Now put a coated donut into the pan and fry on medium flame.
- Now flip it and fry on both sides.
- After frying take them out on a plate.
- Now follow the same process and fry all donuts.
- Now for garnishing coat all sides of a donut with caster sugar.
