Cake recipes are prepared in microwave or in pressure cooker but buying a oven can be a huge investment and and more importantly indian cooking generally does not involve baking process. Choco chips is used for preparing this cake.It is made in Idli moulds which is very easy to use. This Black Forest Cake recipe is very easy to make.It is very tasty & mouth watering.

Chocolate biscuit – 240gms
Milk – 1 cup
Eno Fruit Salt – 1 sachet
Whipp cream – 1/2 cup
Sugar Powder – 2 tbsp
Chocolate for garnish
Cherries for garnish
Chocochips for garnish
- Take 220 gms any chocolate biscuit and Break into pieces.
- Add into a grinding jar and make fine powder.
- Transfer into a bowl.
- Add milk gradually and mix to prepare ribbon consistency batter.
- Take a pan/sauce pan,Add oil and grease pan.
- Place a butter paper and grease with oil.
- Take any iron tawa or any old tawa.
- Heat tawa on low medium flame for 5 mins.
- Add Eno Fruit Salt(Altenatively use 1 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp baking soda) and mix gently in cut and fold method.
- Transfer batter into the greased pan.
- Tap lightly to remove air bubbles.
- Place the pan on tawa on low flame.
- Close lid and bake for 15 mins on low flame.
- After 15 mins check the cake.
- Check with a tooth pick/knife and if its clean it is baked perfectly.
- Turn off flame and keep aside and let it cool.
- Lets prepare whipp cream.
- Take a bowl add Whipp cream and whipp it with a whisker.
- Take only chilled whipp cream.
- Add Sugar Powder when the volume increases and whip until stiff peaks.
- Take any chocolate and grate to prepare chocolate shavings.
- Take a plastic packet to prepare a cone.
- Place it in a glass and fill with whipp cream.
- Cut on a end to prepare a nozzel.
- Transfer cake onto a plate/ cake stand.
- Remove butter paper.
- Cut into square shape.
- Divide cake into 2 parts.
- Take one part of cake,Spread whipp cream as one layer.
- Add cheeries and chocochips.
- Place the second layer cake on top.
- Spread whipp cream as second layer.
- Cover with whipp cream on end of the cake.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Cut into pieces.
- Make swirl on each cake.
- Garnish with cherry on top.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins and serve.
- Black forest cake is ready to serve..Enjoy!!!
