Besan Peda Recipe | How to make Besan Peda at Home | Besan Ka Peda Recipe
Materials
- Milk – 1 cup
- Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
- Besan/Gram Flour – 1 cup
- Ghee / Oil – 4 tbsp
- Sugar – 3/4 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- To make amazing Besan Peda take a grinding jar, add 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of dedicated coconut, and blend well.
- Now, take a bowl and place a strainer on it.
- Now add 1 cup of Besan into the strainer and sieve well into the bowl.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 4 tbsp of ghee, and melt.
- After ghee melts, add besan into the pan, mix well, and cook until it turns golden.
- After Besan turns golden and starts releasing the ghee, add 3/4 cup of sugar and mix well.
- Now add prepared coconut-milk mix into the pan, mix well, and cook until it turns thick.
- After the mix turns thick and starts leaving the pan, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now, turn off the flame and transfer the mix to a bowl and let it cool for a while.
- Now, take a small portion of the mix and prepare a Peda.
- Now garnish it with pistachio or any other dry fruits.
- Now, one by one, prepare all Peda and garnish them with dry fruits.
- Now your amazing Besan Peda is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
