Besan Ka Halwa Recipe | How to make Gram Flour Halwa | Easy Halwa Recipe
Materials
- 1/2 cup Clarified Butter (Ghee) घी
- 1 cup Besan/gram flour
- 2 tbsp Sooji
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Water
Instructions
- To make Besan Ka Halwa, first place a Kadhai on flame and add 1/2( Save 2 tbsp of ghee for later use) cup of ghee and grease the kadhai and heat well.
- Now add 1 cup of gram flour and roast well until it turns golden and stirs continuously.
- After some time, add 2 tbsp of semolina, mix well, and roast until it turns golden.
- While roasting the Besan, take a pan, add 2 cups of water and a few saffron strands, and boil.
- Now into the water, add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now place another small pan on flame and 1 tsp of ghee and heat well.
- After ghee melts, add chopped dry fruits and roast until it turns golden.
- After dry fruits turn golden, transfer them to a plate and keep the plate aside.
- Now, after Besan starts releasing the ghee, add 1 tbsp of milk and roast well.
- Now add 3/4 cup of sugar and mix well and roast for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add boiling water into the kadhai and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of ghee and mix well and cook until it starts releasing the ghee.
- Now garnish it with roasted dry fruits and pistachio.
- Now, your Perfect Danedar Halwa is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.
