Besan Barfi is basically gram flour fudge made with besan sugar & Ghee but this recipe is a bit different.Its made of roasted daliya & condensed milk with saffron milk.It is one of the traditional sweet which is loved by everyone.It is prepared specially in some of the festival like Diwali , or Navaratri. There are many Indian Sweet recipes like Kaju katli , Barfi.It is prepared by topping with dry fruits.It is very instant & easy to make & is very tasty.

जब खिलाओगे दिवाली पर ये Tasty मिठाई सभी पूछेंगे कैसे बनायीं Instant Besan ki Barfi – Besan Ki Burfi

Roasted Chana Dal – 1.5 cup
Desiccated Coconut- 2tbsp
Finely Chopped Dry Fruits – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 4 tbsp
Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup
Saffron strands – 1 pinch
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry Fruits for garnish

  • To make Besan burfi take a mixer jar.
  • Add Roasted Chana Dal into mixer and make fine powder.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add Desiccated Coconut,Finely Chopped Dry Fruits(Cashew Nuts & Almonds),Ghee and mix well.
  • Add Saffron strands (soaked in warm milk),Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  • Add Condensed Milk little by little and mix well.
  • Take a setting plate/tray and grease it.
  • Transfer mix into tray and spread.
  • Garnish with Dry fruits/Desiccated coconut.
  • Let it set for 15 mins in room temperature or in fridge.
  • After 15 mins check it and Cut into pieces.
  • Quick and easy Besan Burfi is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
