Bajre Ke Chamchamiya Recipe | How to make Bajre Ke Chamchamiya | Bajra Pancake Recipe
Materials
- 1.5 cup Bajra Atta
- 1/2 cup Fenugreek Leaves/Methi
- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste
- 2 pinch Asafoetida
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain
- Salt as per taste
- 2 pinches Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Curd
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Instructions
- To make tasty and healthy Bajri ki Chamchamiya first take a bowl and add 1.5 cups of Bajra atta(Millents flour).
- Now add 1/2 cup of chopped fenugreek leaves(Methi), 1/2 cup of chopped coriander, 1 tsp of ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.
- Now add two pinches of asafoetida, 2 tsp of sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp of ajwain(carom seeds), salt as per taste, two pinches of turmeric powder.
- Now add 1/2 cup of curd, 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a batter(i have used 1 cup of water to get this consistent).
- Now, place a pan on flame and grease it with ghee.
- Now, on low flame, sprinkle sesame seeds on the Tawa.
- Now pour ladle full batter on the pan and prepare pancakes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and add little ghee on top to the pancake.
- After pancakes turn golden, turn them to another side and cook well.
- Now, take out Pancakes to a plate and cook the next batch.
- Now your Bajri ke Chamchamiya is completely ready.
