Materials
- Wheat Flour – 2 cup
- Sooji/ Rava/ Semolina – 1/2 cup
- Sugar Powder – 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
- White Sesame – 1 tbsp
- Baking Soda – 1 pinch
- Ghee – 1/3 cup
Instructions
- To make the amazing Atta Ka Shakarpara, take 2 cups of wheat flour and 1/2 cup of semolina.
- Now add 1 cup of sugar powder, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 1 tsp of fennel seeds, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, and 1 pinch of baking soda, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1/3 cup of ghee and mix well.
- Now add water as required and prepare a hard dough.
- Now cover the dough with a muslin cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Now, one by one, prepare small balls with the dough.
- Now flatten the balls and cut them with the help of a round cutter.
- Now place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add the prepared Shakarpara and fry well until golden and crispy.
- After the Shakarpara turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
