- Wheat Flour – 5 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water
- Oil for Fry
Instructions
- To make the perfect Sooji Namkeen, take a grinding jar, add 2 cups of semolina, 5 tbsp of wheat flour, and 1 tbsp of salt, and blend everything well.
- Now take a wide plate, add flour mix, 1 tablespoon of oil, and mix well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a semi-soft dough.
- Now cut the dough into small pieces.
- Now take one piece and roll it to medium thickness.
- Now cut it into small pieces.
- Now prepare mini Namkeen with the remaining dough.
- Now place a kadhai on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add the prepared Namkeen and fry until golden and crispy.
