- Fox Nut – 2 cup
- Almonds – 1/2 cup
- Walnut – 3 tbsp
- Cashew – 3 tbsp
- Dry Ginger Powder – 1 tsp
- Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
- Chickpea Flour – 1/2 cup
- Ghee – 5 tbsp
- Jaggery – 1 cup
- Water – 2 glass
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Saffron Strands
- Pistachio
Instructions
- To make the most tasty and perfect Healthy Atta Halwa, place a kadhai on flame, add 2 cups of foxnuts, and roast well.
- After the foxnut turns crispy, transfer them to a plate.
- Now add almonds, cashews, and walnuts into the kadhai and roast well.
- After roasting well, transfer all the dry fruits onto a plate and let them cool.
- Take a grinding jar, add roasted foxnuts, and make a fine powder.
- Now transfer the powder into a bowl.
- Add cashews, almonds, and walnuts and make a coarse powder.
- Now transfer the powder into the same bowl.
- Now add 1 teaspoon of dry ginger powder and mix everything well.
- Now place a Kadhai on flame, add 1/2 cup of wheat flour, and roast well on low flame.
- After the flour turns golden, add 1/2 cup of chickpea flour and roast well.
- After roasting well, add 4-5 tbsp of ghee and roast well.
- Now place another pan, add crushed jaggery, and 2 glasses of water, and melt it.
- After the jaggery melts, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and saffron strands, and mix well.
- Check the flour, add dry fruit powder, and mix well.
- Now add jaggery water and cook well.
- After the Halwa turns and releases the ghee, turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped pistachios.
