Materials
- Potato – 2 pcs
- Onion – 2 pcs
- Green Chilli – 4 pcs
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic – 6 cloves
- Coriander Leaves
- Asafoedita – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Carom (Ajwain) – 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Sooji/Rava/Semolina – 1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion – 1 pcs
- Chopped Green Chilli – 3 pcs
- Chopped Green
- Coriander
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make the amazing Aloo Pyaaz Paratha, take 2 raw potatoes, and two onions, wash well, and roughly cut them.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add chopped potato, onion, 4 pieces of green chilies, 1 inch of ginger, 6-7 garlic cloves, cloves, and coriander stem, and make a fine paste.
- Now transfer the paste to a wide plate.
- Now add 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds.
- Now add 1 tsp of kasuri methi, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, and flakes, and chopped coriander leaves, and mix everything well.
- Add 1 cup of wheat flour and 1/2 teaspoon of semolina, and knead well.
- Now let it rest for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, check the dough and knead again.
- Now take a big portion of dough, coat it with flour, and roll it to medium thickness.
- Now add stuffing (mix of 1 chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, salt, and chili flakes).
- Now sprinkle a little flour and gently roll it.
- Now place a tawa on the flame, place the prepared paratha on the tawa, and roast well on both sides.
- After some time, add ghee or oil and roast well.
- After the paratha turns golden, transfer it to a plate and roast the next paratha.
- Now your perfect paratha is ready, and you can enjoy it.
