Materials
- Potato – 1 pcs
- Green Chilli – 2 pcs
- Chopped Green Chilli – 1 pcs
- Carom Seeds – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- White Sesame – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Onion – 2 pcs
- Green Chilli – 2 pcs
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic – 6 cloves
- Tomato – 2 pcs
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
- Coriander Coarse Powder – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Bay Leaf – 1 pcs
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Water
- Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- To make the amazing Aloo Besan Sabji, take 2 small potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- Now take a grinding jar, add potato pieces, two green chillies, and make a fine paste.
- Now take a wide plate and add potato paste, 1 tsp of chopped green chili, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 1 tsp of white sesame, and salt per taste.
- Now add 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1/2 tsp of garam masala and mix everything well.
- Add Besan as required, 1 teaspoon of oil, and prepare a hard dough.
- Now prepare a tringle roll with the dough and keep it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- Now take a grinding jar, add 2 chopped onions, 2 green chilies, 1 inch of ginger, and 6 garlic cloves, and make a coarse paste.
- Now transfer the paste into a bowl.
- Now add two tomatoes into the grinding jar and make a coarse paste.
- Now place a kadhai on flame, add 2 tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds, 2 pinches of asafoetida, 1 bay leaf, and roast a little.
- Now add onion paste and roast well on medium-high flame.
- After the onion turns golden, add tomato paste and salt as per taste and roast well.
- 14: Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, a little water, and mix everything well.
- Now take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of curd, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, and 1 tsp of Kasoori methi, and mix well.
- Now check the gravy, add the curd mix, and mix everything well on low flame.
- Now check the log and cut it into small pieces.
- Now add 1.5 cups of water and mix well.
- Now place a steamer plate on the kadhai and place all the Aloo Besan pieces on the steamer plate.
- Now cover the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- After 5-7 minutes, transfer the log pieces into the hot oil and shallow fry them.
- After the pieces turn golden, add the log pieces and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now your perfect Aloo Besan Sabji is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
