Materials
- Sugar – 3 cup
- Water – 3 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Saffron Strands
- Semolina – 1 cup
- Milk Powder – 4 tbsp
- All purpose flour – 2 tbsp
- Clarified Butter – 2 tbsp
- Milk – 2.5 cup
- Lemon Yellow Food Color – 2 pinch
Instructions
- To make the most tasty and perfect Sooji Gulab Jamun, place a wide pan on flame, add 3 cups of sugar, 3 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and saffron strands, and melt the sugar on medium flame.
- After the sugar turns sticky, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now take a bowl, add 1 cup of fine Sooji, 4 tbsp of milk powder, and 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour, and mix everything well.
- Take a grinding jar, add the prepared powder mix, 2 tablespoons of ghee, and churn well.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 2.5 cups of milk and the prepared mixture, mix well, and cook on low flame.
- After cooking for some time, add a little yellow food color and mix well.
- After the mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame transfer the mix to a plate, and knead well.
- Now prepare small balls with the Gulab Jamun mix.
- Now place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
