Gud Kalakand Recipe | How to make Gud Kalakand at Home | Paneer Kalakand Recipe
Materials
- Paneer – 400 gm
- Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
- Milk Powder – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the amazing Gud Kalakand, take 400 grams of cheese and grate it with the help of a grater.
- Add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut and 1/2 cup of milk powder, and mix everything well.
- Now place a kadhai on flame, add one tablespoon of ghee, and heat well.
- After the ghee melts, add the grated jaggery and melt it on medium flame.
- After the jaggery melts, add the panner mixture, mix well, and cook until it leaves the pan.
- After the kalakand leaves, the pan turns off the flame and transfers it to the greased plate.
- Now spread the kalakand into the plate and garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachios.
- Now keep it aside and let it set for some time.
- Now your perfect Gud Kalakand Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
