- Rice Flour – 1 cup
- Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Oil
- Boiled Potato – 2 to 3 pcs
- Boiled Chickpeas
- Boiled Green Gram
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Tomato
- Chopped Green Chilli
- Black Salt
- Red Chilli Powder
- Salt as per Taste
- Chat Masala
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- Chopped Coriander
- Green Chutney
- Sweet Chutney
Instructions
- To make the amazing No Fry Katori Chaat, take a bowl, add 1 cup of rice flour and 2 tablespoons of gram flour, add water in batches, and prepare a medium-thick batter.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and whisk well.
- Now take a plastic bag, fill it with the prepared batter, and close it from the top.
- Now make a small cut on the button of the cone.
- Now place an Appe pan on the flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
- After the pan is hot, make Laccha Katori into the molds like in the following image.
- After the Katori turns crispy, transfer them to a plate and prepare the next batch.
- Now take a bowl and add 2-3 boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, boiled green gram, chopped onion, and chopped tomatoes.
- Now add black salt, red chili powder, salt as per taste, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Now add red chutney and green chutney and mix well.
- Now take the prepared Katori and fill them with stuffing.
- Now add whisked curd, chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds, and sev.
