Materials
- Sooji/ Rava/ Semolina – 1 cup
- Curd – 1/4 cup
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Chopped Capsicum Onion – 1 pcs
- Sweet Corn
- Grated Carrot – 1 pcs
- Grated Cabbage
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 pcs
- Schezwan Sauce
- Grated Cheese
Instructions
- To make the perfect veggie Sooji wrap, take a bowl, add 1 cup of sooji and 1/4 cup of fresh curd, and mix well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a thin batter.
- Now cover the batter and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Place a pan on the flame, add 1 teaspoon of oil, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add the chopped onion and roast a little.
- After some time, add chopped capsicum (green, yellow, and red), grated cabbage, and 1 chopped carrot, and cook for two minutes.
- After two minutes, add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, and 1 tsp of Schezwan sauce and mix everything well.
- Now turn off the flame, and your stuffing is ready.
- Now take a grinding jar, add the prepared batter, and make a fine batter.
- Now pour the batter into a greased pan and spread well.
- Now place the pan on the flame and cook until it turns dry.
- Now that the sheet is dry, transfer it to a greased plate and prepare the next sheet with the remaining batter.
- Now take one sheet and add prepared stuffing to it.
- Now fold the sheet from all sides and prepare a wrap.
- Now prepare the wrap with the remaining sheets and stuffing.
- Now place a tawa on the flame, grease it with oil, and place the wraps in it.
- After a minute, flip all the wraps and roast on both sides.
- After the wraps turn golden, transfer them to a plate and roast the next batch.
