Materials
- Rava/Sooji – 1 cup
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Gram Flour – 1 tbsp
- Milk Malai – 2 tbsp
- Milk Powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make the most tasty and perfect Malai Sooji Ki Barfi, place a pan on a flame, add two tablespoons of ghee, and melt it.
- After the ghee melts, add one tablespoon of Besan and roast a little.
- After roasting a little, add 1 cup of Sooji and roast well until it turns aromatic.
- After the Sooji turns aromatic, add two tablespoons of milk cream and cook.
- After two minutes, turn off the flame, add two tablespoons of milk powder, and mix well.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water, and cook on medium heat.
- After the syrup turns sticky, transfer the pan to a platform and place the Sooji pan on fire.
- Now, little by little, add syrup to the Sooji mixture, mix well, and cook.
- After some time, add cardamom powder and a little ghee and mix well.
- After the barfi mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the barfi mix into a greased tray.
- Now garnish the barfi with chopped dry fruits and let it set for some time.
- Now your perfect Malai Sooji Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
