- Wheat Flour- 1/2 cup
- Salt as per Taste
- White Sesame seed-1 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Coriander
- Boiled Potato- 4 pcs
- Chopped Green Chilli – 3 pcs
- Grated Ginger
- Cumin seed/Jeera – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Salt as per Taste
- Chaat Masala
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Green
- Coriander Leaves
- Bread – 3 pcs
- Processed Cheese
Instructions
- To make the amazing Atta Crispy Nasta, take a bowl, add 1/2 cup of wheat flour, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of white sesame, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, and chopped coriander.
- Now add water in batches and prepare a medium-thick batter.
- Now take 4 boiled, peeled potatoes and mash them gently.
- Now add 2-3 chopped green chilies, grated ginger, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, red chili flakes, salt as per taste, chaat masala, and chopped onion.
- Add chopped coriander, a crumb of 2-3 breads, and mix everything well.
- Now take a small portion of dough, spread it, and place a cheese cube on it.
- Now seal the dough from all sides and prepare a ball.
- Now prepare the balls with the remaining dough.
- Now check the prepared batter, add 1 teaspoon of oil, and mix well.
- Now, one by one, dip the prepared balls in batter and fry in hot oil.
- After the balls turn golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
