Garlic Bread Recipe | How to make Garlic Bread at Home | Garlic Toast Recipe
Materials
- Garlic – 15 – 20 cloves
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Processed Cheese Cubes – 4 pcs
- Butter – 3 tbsp
- Oregano – 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Pav Bun Mozzarella
- Cheese Oregano/Mixed Herbs
- Chilli Flakes Paneer
- Tandoori Mayonnaise
- Capsicum
- Salt as per taste
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the perfect cheese garlic bread, place a pan on a flame, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
- After hot oil, add 15-20 garlic cloves and roast well.
- After the garlic turns golden, transfer the garlic to a plate.
- Now take a grinding jar, add 2-3 cheese cubes, 3 tbsp of salted butter, roasted garlic, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, and chopped coriander, and grind everything well.
- Now take a pav bun and cut it into 4 pieces, like in the following image.
- Now place a tawa on flame and heat well.
- After hot tawa, place the pav slices into the tawa and roast well on one side.
- After the bread turns golden, transfer the breads to a plate.
- Now apply the prepared garlic butter to the roasted side.
- Add mozzarella cheese, oregano-mixed herbs, chili flakes, paneer cubes (dipped in tandoori mayonnaise), and chopped capsicum.
- Now sprinkle salt, and add mozzarella cheese on top of it, along with chopped coriander.
- Now place a tawa on the flame and heat well.
- After hot tawa, place the garlic bread into the tawa and roast well. (Also, place one bowl of water into the tawa.).
- Now close the lid and roast until the cheese melts.
- After the cheese melts, turn off the flame and transfer your cheese garlic bread to a plate.
- Now your perfect cheese garlic bread is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
