- Puffed rice kimura – 4 cups
- Navratna chivda – 1 cup
- Chana dal Namkeen – 3 tbsp
- Moong Dal Namkeen – 3 tbsp
- Safed Vatana dried white peas – 3 tbsp
- Kala chana brown chickpeas – 2 tbsp
- Potato cubes – 3/4 cup
- Chopped tomatoes – 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped onions – 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped cucumber – 1/2 cup
- Fried peanuts – 3 tbsp
- Fresh coconut flakes – 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped green chilies – 2 tsp
- Finely chopped coriander dhania – 3 cups
- Jhal Muri Masala Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Mustard rai / sarson oil – 2 tsp
Instructions
- To make the amazing Jhal Muri, take a bowl and add 4-5 cups of Murmura.
- Now add 1 cup of Namkeen, 1 cup of Chanajor Garam, and 1 cup of fried peanuts.
- Now add 1 cup of nylon Sev, 1 cup of chana Dal Namkeen, one chopped onion, and two chopped tomatoes.
- Now add chopped cucumber, chopped boiled potato, boiled black chana, and boiled white peas.
- Now add chopped fresh coconut and chopped green chilies.
- Now take a plate and add 1 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, salt as per taste, and 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
- Now add 1 tsp of chaat masala and 1 tsp of garam masala and mix everything well.
- Now add the prepared masala to the Jhal Muri pan.
- Now add 1-2 tsp. of mustard oil, 1 tsp of mango pickle masala, and lemon juice.
- Now add chopped coriander and mix everything well.
