Materials
- Mango – 3
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Milk Cream – 1/2 cup
- Fresh Coconut – 400 gm
- Kesar Milk
Instructions
- To make the perfect Malai Mango Barfi, take three mangoes and wash them well.
- Cut the mangoes and separate the pulp into a bowl.
- Now take a grinding jar, add mango pulp, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of milk cream, and make a fine paste.
- Now place a pan on flame, add the prepared paste, and cook on medium flame.
- After the barfi mix turns shiny, add 400 grams of freshly grated coconut on low heat and cook until the mix leaves the pan.
- After the barfi mix turns thick, add saffron milk and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and transfer the barfi mix to a greased plate.
- Now spread the barfi, level it, and let it set for 1 hour.
- After an hour, check the barfi and cut it into small pieces.
- Now your perfect mango barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
