- Curd
- Sugar Powder – 4 to 5 tbsp
- Milk cream – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder
- Pistachio
- Almonds
Instructions
- To make the perfect Shrikhand, take fresh curd and make sure to use the curd made with full-fat milk.
- Now take a bowl, place a strainer on it, and place a cloth on the strainer.
- Now add the curd to the cloth and squeeze the curd.
- Now place a heavy object on top of the curd and let it rest for 10–12 hours in the fridge.
- After 12 hours, check the curd and remove it from the fridge.
- Now take a bowl, wrap a muslin cloth around it, and strain the cheese with the help of it.
- Add 4-5 tablespoons of sugar powder and whisk well.
- Now add two tablespoons of milk cream and mix well.
- Now transfer the shrikhand into a bowl, add cardamom powder, and chopped dry fruits.
- Now add saffron starch water and garnish it with a sliver leaf.
