Materials
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Schezwan Souce – 2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp Pizza
- Seasoning – 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Aamchoor Powder – 1 tsp
- Green Chilli – 2 to 3
- Boiled Potato – 4
- Chopped Coriander
- Paneer
- Sandwich Bread
- Corn flour – 4 to 5 tbsp
- All-purpose flour – 4 to 5 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Water
- Bread Crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make the amazing crispy Bread Roll, place a Kadhai on flame, add 2 tsp. of oil, finely chopped onion, and sauté well.
- After the onion turns golden, add 2 tbsp of schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp of pizza seasoning, 1 tbsp of red chili flakes, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, and 2-3 chopped green chilies. Mix everything well and cook.
- After a minute, add four boiled and crushed potatoes, mix well, and cook for 1 minute.
- After a minute, chopped coriander, add grated cheese and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and let the stuffing cool.
- Now take bread slices and spread the prepared stuffing on them.
- Now cut the bread slices like the following image.
- Take a bowl, add 4-5 tbsp of corn flour, 4-5 tbsp of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, a little water, and prepare a slurry.
- Now, one by one, dip the breadsticks into the slurry and coat them with bread crumbs.
- Keep all the bread Sticks in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, take out the breadsticks from the fridge.
- Place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add the breadsticks and fry well until golden and crispy.
- After the bread sticks turn golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
