- Moong Dal – 1/4 cup
- Wheat flour – 2 cups
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Carom seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
- Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
- Chopped curry leaves – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make the amazing Moong Atta Moong Dal Papdi, take 1/4 cup of moong dal, wash well, and soak for 1-2 hours.
- After 1-2 hours, check the dal and drain the excess water.
- Next step: take a wide plate, add 2 cups of wheat flour, soaked moong dal, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 pinches of asafoetida, and 1/2 tsp of pepper powder.
- Next step: add 1 tsp of sesame seeds, 1 tsp of kasoori methi, 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves, 4 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and mix everything well.
