Masala Baingan Ki Sabji Recipe | Masala Baingan Recipe | How to make Baingan Ki Sabji
Materials
- Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Aamchoor Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 2 to 3 pinch
- Brinjal – 4
- Oil – 4 tsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Mustard -1/2 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 2
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Tomato – 4
- Salt as per Taste
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Water – 1 cup
- Chopped Coriander
- Green Chilli
Instructions
- To make the perfect Masala Bingan Ki Sabji, take a bowl, and add 2 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, and 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder, and 2-3 pinch of asafoetida and mix everything well.
- Next step – take four baingans and cut them into halves.
- Next step – cut the baingan into cubes like the following image.
- Next step – fill the prepared masala into all baingan.
- Next step – place a tawa on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well on medium flame.
- Next step – place the prepared baingan on tawa, apply oil on top of the baingan, and roast well for 3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, flip the all-baingan and roast well for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, turn off the flame and keep the roasted baingan aside.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 tsp of oil, and heat well.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, and saute a little.
- Next step – 2 chopped onions and roast well on medium-high flame until light brown.
- After the onion turns light golden, add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, and roast well for a minute.
- Next step – add paste of two tomatoes, salt per taste, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, mix well, and cook.
- After the gravy releases the oil, add the remaining prepared masala, mix well, and cook for a minute.
- After a minute, add 1 cup of water, mix well, and cook for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, place the roasted baingan into the gravy and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.
- After 3 minutes, flip all baingan and roast well.
- After 2-3 minutes, add chopped coriander, & slit green chilli, close the lid, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- After two minutes, your perfect Masala Baingan Masala is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
