Materials
- Spinach – 1/2 kg
- Potato – 3
- Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Choppedn Onion – 2
- Dried Red Chili – 3
- Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chili – 3 to 4
- Grated Garlic – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Chopped Tomato – 2
- Salt as per Taste
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder -1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Ghee – 1 tsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Aloo Palak Ki Sabji, 1/2 kg of Spinach/Palak and wash it 2-3 times and remove the stem.
- Next step – cut the washed spinach and keep it aside.
- Next step – take three potatoes, peel them, cut them into small pieces, and keep them in water.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of mustard oil, and heat well.
- After the is hot, turn off the flame for a while.
- Next step – turn on the flame, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, and 1/4 tsp of asafoetida.
- Next step – add two chopped onions and fry well on high flame until it turns little pink.
- After the onion turns a little pink, add three dry red chillies, and mix well.
- Next step – add 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 3-4 chopped green chilli, and 2 tbsp of grated garlic and saute well.
- After roasting a little, add chopped potato, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, and 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix everything well.
- Next step – close the lid and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, add two chopped potatoes, salt as per taste, and mix well.
