Rice Roastie Recipe | Leftover Rice Breakfast Recipe | Easy Rice Nasta Recipe
Materials
- Cooked Rice – 2 cup
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Chopped Carrot – 1
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Red & Green Chili – 3
- Salt as per Taste
- Pizza Seasoning – 2 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Chopped Spring Onion
- Sandwich Bread -4
- Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- To make the amazing Rice Roastie, take a big bowl and add 2 cups of leftover rice.
- Next step – add one chopped tomato, one chopped carrot, one chopped onion, two chopped green chilli, and one chopped red chilli.
- Next step – add salt as per taste, 2 tsp of pizza seasoning, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, and chopped spring onion(optional).
- Next step – take four sandwich bread and cut the brown edges of all bread slices.
- Next step – one by one, dip bread slices into the water, squeeze it and add them into the Rice Mixture Bowl.
- Next step – gently mix everything and prepare a dough.
Rice Roastie First Method
- Take a Tawa, grease it with oil, add a portion of dough, and spread it like the following image.
- Next step – place the Tawa on flame, add some drops of oil, and roast well on low to medium flame until golden.
- After 30-40 seconds flip the Rice Roastie and roast well until golden.
- After the Rice Roastie turns golden & crispy, garnish it with chopped coriander and transfer it to a plate.
- Keep in mind that when you cook the second rice Roastie, to right maintain the temperature, sprinkle some water on the pan and clean the pan with a cloth.
- Now, your Leftover Rice Roastie is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
Rice Roastie Second Method
- Take a small portion of Rice Roastie Mixture, and spread it like the following image.
- Next step – add some mozzarella cheese to it, close it from all sides and make a ball.
- Next step – prepare Rice Roastie with the remaining Mixture.
- Next step – place an Appam Pan on flame, grease it with oil and place prepared balls into it.
- Next step – apply oil to all Balls and roast on low to medium flame.
- After 1.5 minutes, flip all balls and roast until golden and crispy.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, transfer them to a plate and roast the next batch.
