Materials
- Milk – 1 Liter
- Sugar – 5 tbsp
- Mawa – 125 grams
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Chopped dry fruits
Instructions
- To make the amazing Thele Wale Rabri Malai Kulfi, place a kadhai on flame.
- Next step – add 2-3 tbsp water & 1 liter of full-fat milk and boil on high flame.
- After a boil, turn the flame to low, stir and boil until milk reduces to 50% of its quantity.
- After the milk reduces to 50% of its quantity, place a pan on flame, add 5 tbsp of sugar and caramelize it.
- After the sugar caramelizes, turn off the flame and add caramelized sugar into boiling milk and mix well.
- Next step – add 100-125 grams of Mawa and mix well.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well and boil until milt coats on the spatula.
- After the milk coats on the spatula, turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
- Next step – add chopped dry fruits, mix well and let it cool completely.
- Next step – take a deep pot, and add crushed ice.
- Next step – add salt to the crushed ice and cover it with more ice.
- Next step – fill kulfi mix into kulfi mould, insert a kulfi stick.
- Next step – one by one, place the Kulfi mould into the crushed ice pot(If you do not have kulfi moulds, you can use a simple cup of glass).
- Next step – keep the pot in the freezer for 5-6 6 hours.
- After 6 hours, take out ice cream moulds from the freezer.
- Next step – dip the kulfi moulds into the water and take out the kulfi.
