Materials
- Grated Bottle Guard – 1 cup
- Oats – 200 grams
- Chopped green chillies – 2 pcs
- Finely chopped coriander
- Curd – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make the amazing Oats Patties, take a bowl and add 200 grams of oats and a grated bottle gourd.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, and finely chopped coriander.
- Now add salt as per taste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of curd and mix everything well again.
- One by one, take a small portion and prepare small patties with them.
- Now place a pan on flame, add oil for shallow frying, and heat well.
- Now place prepared patties into the pan and roast well on both sides until golden and crispy.
- After some time, flip all patties and roast them on both sides with a closed lid.
- After the patties turn golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your perfect Oats Patties are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
