How to make restaurant style chow mein at Home | Veg Chow Mein Recipe | Easy Chowmein Recipe
Materials
- Water – 10 cups
- Hakka Noodles – 2 Packs
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Veggies (as per choice)
- Chings chow mein Masala – 1 pack
Instructions
- To make Restaurant Style Veg Chow Mein first take two packs of Hakka Noodles.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 10 cups of water and boil well.
- After the water starts boiling, add Hakka Noodles packs into the water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, turn off the flame and take out Boiled noodles into a strainer and wash with normal water to stop cooking.
- After the water is drained completely, add 1 tsp of oil, toss the noodles well, and transfer the noodles to a plate.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 4 tbsp of oil and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add veggies as per choice; I am using onion slices, chopped cabbage, sliced red capsicum, sliced yellow capsicum, sliced green capsicum, and roast for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- After 2 minutes, add boiled Hakka Noodles and toss gently.
- Now add one pack of chings secret chow mein masala, 2 tbsp of water, and mix well and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- After 3-4 minutes, turn off the flame, and your Chow mein is ready to serve.
- Now your Veg Chowmein is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
