Healthy Ladoo Recipe | How to make Healthy Ladoo at Home | Peanuts Ladoo Recipe
Materials
- Roasted Peanuts – 1 cup
- Sesame Seeds/Til – 1 cup
- Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
- Oats – 1/2 cup
- Dates/Khajur – 1.5 cup
- Water – 5 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Saffron Strands – 1 pinch
Instructions
- To make an amazing Winter special Healthy and testy Ladoo, first take 1 cup of roasted Peanuts.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of white sesame, and roast well until golden.
- After sesame turns golden, turn off the flame and transfer it to a place and let it cool.
- Now, again, place the pan on flame and add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut and roast until golden on low flame.
- After it turns a little golden, turn off the flame and transfer the desiccated coconut to a bowl.
- Now again, place the pan on flame, add 1/2 cup of oats, and roast well.
- Now, turn off the flame and transfer the roasted oats to a plate.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add roasted peanuts to it, grind well, and make a coarse powder.
- Now, transfer the peanuts powder into a desiccated coconut bowl.
- Now, add roasted sesame seeds, roasted oats, grind well, and make a coarse powder into a grinding jar.
- Now, transfer the powder into the same bowl with dedicated coconut.
- Now, take the grinding jar and add 200 grams of dates/Khajur, 5 tbsp of water.
- Now grind well and make a thick paste.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add Dates. Paste into it and roast on low, medium flame until it turns a bit dark.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and take out the pan from the flame.
- Now, little by adding Laddo Powder mix into the pan and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, some saffron strands and mix everything well with your hands.
- Now take lemon size mix and prepare a Ladoo with it.
- Now, One by One, prepare all Ladoo with the remaining mix.
- Now your Winter special Healthy and testy Ladoo is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
