Materials
- Wheat Flour – 2 cups
- Semolina – 1/2 cup
- Gram flour – 1/2 cup
- Ginger Chilli Paste – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Ajwain – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 tsp
- Coriander leavesOil – 1 tbsp

Masala Poori Recipe – Step By Step
1 – To make amazing Crispy Masala Poori, first take a bowl and add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of semolina.
2 – Now add 1/2 cup of gram flour, 1 tbsp of ginger-green chilli paste, 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder.
3 – Now add 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of ajwain, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, finely chopped coriander.
4 – Now add 1 tbsp of oil and mix everything well.
5- Now little by little add warm water and mix well and prepare a semi-soft dough.
6 – Now grease the dough with oil and knead well one more time.
7 – Now cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
8 – After 15 minutes check the dough knead well one more time again.
9 – Now roll the dough cut it into portions.
10 – Now one by one prepare a small Peda with all dough pieces and keep them covered.
11 – Now one by one roll all poori to medium thickness.
12 – Now place kadhai on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
13 – After the oil is hot add prepared puri into oil and fry well on medium flame.
14 – After Poori turns golden and crispy transfer the masala puri to a plate and fry the next puri.
15 – Now your Masala Poori is completely ready and you can enjoy them.
