Falahari Breakfast Recipe | How to make Sabudana Breakfast | Vrat Ka Khana Recipe
Materials
- Peanuts – 4 tbsp
- Tapioca – 1.5 cup
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Rock Salt as per taste
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Rajgira Flour – 4 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chilli
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Boiled Potato – 2
- Fresh Curd – 4 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander Water – 3.5 Cup
For Instant Dip
- Fresh Curd – 1 cup
- Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
- Rock Salt as per taste
- Chopped Green chilli – 1
- Chopped Cucumber
- Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Curry leave
Instructions
- To make this amazing Fast Special Sabudana Breakfast, first place a pan on flame, add 4 tbsp of peanuts, and roast well until aromatic.
- After peanuts are roasted well, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate and let it cool.
- Now add 1.5 cups of sago(Sabudana) and roast well on low, medium flame.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and let the Sabudana cool.
- Now remove the peel of peanuts, add peanuts into the grinding jar, grind well and make a fine powder.
- Now transfer the peanuts powder to a plate.
- Now add roasted Sabudana into the jar and grind well and make a fine powder.
- Now transfer the Sabudana Powder to a bowl.
- Now into the Sabudana bowl, add peanuts powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, rock salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 4 tbsp of Rajgira flour, and mix everything well.
- Now add two finely chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of grated ginger, two boiled & grated potatoes, 4 tbsp of curd, finely chopped coriander.
- Now, little by little, add water(3.5 CUP), mix well, and prepare a thick batter.
- Now keep the batter aside and let it set for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, check the batter and mix well again.
- Now, place a kadhai/pan on flame, add a little ghee, and grease it well.
- After the oil is hot, add prepared batter into the pan and spread well to medium thickness.
- Now, close the lid and cook well on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, turn it to another side, close the lid and cook well.
- After it turns crisp and golden, transfer it to a plate and cook the next crispy.
- To make this breakfast with Appe pan, place a pan on flame and grease it with oil.
- Now, fill the batter into Appe Mould, close the lid and cook well for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, flip all Appe and cook well until golden.
- After Appe turns golden, transfer them to a plate and cook the next batch.
- Now your Vrat special Sabudana Breakfast is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
Vrat Special Instant Dip
- To make Vrat special Instant dip, first take 1 cup of curd and whisk well.
- Add 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, rock salt as per taste, finely chopped green chilli, chopped cucumber, and mix everything well.
- Now, place a tempering pan on flame and add little oil and heat.
- After hot oil, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, curry leaves, and turn off the flame.
- Now add prepared tempering on the Prepared dip.
- Now your Instant dip is completely ready.

Falahari Breakfast Recipe – Step By Step
